GROUP FITNESS

Led by fun, motivating, instructors, classes include cycling, rowing, HIIT, bootcamp, barre, core, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, tai chi, and more. Take classes inside our renovated studios, outside, or on-the go with virtual classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Working with a trainer is the fastest, most effective way to achieve results. Your trainer will keep you on track, while making exercise fun. All our Personal Trainers are certified by nationally accredited organizations.

PILATES

Whether you choose a one-on-one workout with one of our coaches in our private studio, or take a mat class, you will build core strength using the six Pilates principles of centering, control, concentration, precision, breath, and flow.

ROOM TO MOVE

Two floors of cardio equipment. Three weight training circuits. Workout in exercise-specific studios for rowing, cycling, core work, advanced strength training, TRX, and a comprehensive women-only fitness studio.

FITNESS TRACKING + VIRTUAL WORKOUTS

Membership includes access to our fitness tracking app. Stay on top of your daily movement, calories, and other metrics. Get Workouts of the Day, led by our Lead Personal Trainers, designed for all fitness levels.

SPORTS

Basketball leagues and pick-up games, racquetball, and pickleball. We also offer a wide variety of youth/teen sports leagues and clinics including soccer, basketball, and flag football.

SAFE & CLEAN

Our Clean Team uses backpack-style electrostatic spray-cleaners and our MERV-14 air filtration system exceeds the requirement from NY State.

AMENITIES

Beautiful, spacious locker rooms with lots of amenities including towel service, saunas, and steam rooms.

Personal Training

One-On-One Training

Maximize your workout with one of our nationally certified Personal Trainers. Our Personal Trainers will customize a program that fits your individual personality, fitness goals, and lifestyles. Your program will be updated regularly keeping training exciting, you accountable, and motivated to achieve the best results. Boredom is never an issue!

Partner Training

Work out with a friend under the guidance of a Personal Trainer. Studies show that training with a partner provides motivation and maximizes results. Up your training regimen and accountability by training with a friend.
